The Thinker by Rodin, Courtesy of Wikipedia

     The Thinker above, originally The Poet, is looking down at the gate to Hell in deep thought with pity. By some or all, the sculpture represents poet Dante Alighieri or his poetry, respectively (a work of French sculptor Auguste Rodin). The Vatican honors poet Dante Alighieri, considering him the father of the Italian language. An English-translated PDF of the Vatican website content is available at this first Mega link MEGAThe Vatican, Viaggiare con Dante.

~~~~~~~~2)--QUOTATIONS~~~~~~~~:
Psalm 51:17, KJV, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise."
Revelation 3:19, in part, NABRE, “Those whom I love, I reprove and chastise”. Although wrong in needing discipline, it is a blessing to be disciplined by God. See also, Hebrews 12:5-11, NABRE, USCCB; Proverbs 3:11-12 NABRE, USCCB.
Jeremiah 31:33, in part, NABRE, “But this is the [new] covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days—oracle of the LORD. I will place my law within them, and write it upon their hearts; [I added the bracketed entry, [new]]”.
1 Samuel 16:7, NABRE, "But the LORD said to Samuel: Do not judge from his appearance or from his lofty stature, because I have rejected him. God does not see as a mortal, who sees the appearance. The LORD looks into the heart."
Psalm 34:18 [19], NABRE [19], "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted, saves those whose spirit is crushed."
Matthew 5:3, 8, NABRE, "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."..."Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God."
Isaiah 57:15, NABRE, "For thus says the high and lofty One, the One who dwells forever, whose name is holy: I dwell in a high and holy place, but also with the contrite and lowly of spirit, To revive the spirit of the lowly, to revive the heart of the crushed."
John 14:27 in part, NABRE, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. [note and cross-references omitted]" The peace of God surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:7, NABRE.
Revelation 3:20, NABRE, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, [then] I will enter his house and dine with him, and he with me. [the bracketed entry in original, textual note reference omitted]”
William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, “Time is the most precious quantity that we have”, shortly before his death in 2005 (exact or near-exact quotation based upon memory).
Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln, a Quotation, in part, on Alcoholism, Heartfelt, Good for Some to Know: “I believe, if we take habitual drunkards as a class, their heads and their hearts will bear an advantageous comparison with those of any other class. There seems ever to have been a proneness in the brilliant, and the warm-blooded, to fall into this vice,” Abraham Lincoln (1809–1865), U.S. President.
     It may very well be true (perhaps untrue). I like what it says and its kindness. Hopefully, it can be copied and enhance love, relationships, or spirit (NOTE: Copied And Used Properly, including any conditions at this link: Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln. Volume 1). >>>>> Title: Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln. Volume 1, page 278. Temperance address delivered before the Springfield Washington Temperance Society, on February 22, 1842, by Abraham Lincoln, Esq. Publication info: University of Michigan Digital Library Production Services, Ann Arbor, MI, and the Abraham Lincoln Association, Springfield, IL.
C & A Carbone, Inc. v. Town of Clarkstown, Even a dog knows the difference, A Very Legal and Valid Quotation on Dogs!, in part. “. . . In the words of Justice Holmes, ʻeven a dog distinguishes between being stumbled over and being kicked.ʼ ”, citation follows.
     My Experiences With It: The first time in law school I had any sure understanding of any part of a Supreme Court of the United States opinion was upon reading this quotation (much earlier than C & A Carbone, Inc. v. Town of Clarkstown cited above and below, also adopting it).
     Most experienced with dogs know it is true. However, some argue, myself included, that when there is a stumble over a dog, at least a tamed dog understands whether it was an accident quicker and even more accurately than we do (no need for misleading words of extended inquiry, doubt too). Perhaps there is a scent in ill will! After decades, I still use the phrase, “Even a dog knows the difference.”
     Citation: Smith, 74 Calif. L. Rev., at 1251 (quoting O. W. Holmes, The Common Law 3 (1881)), adopted in, C & A Carbone, Inc. v. Town of Clarkstown, 511 U.S. 383, 423 n. 12, 114 S.Ct. 1677, 128 L. Ed. 2d 399, 62 U.S.L.W. 4315 (1994) (Souter, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which Rehnquist, C. J., and Blackmun, J., joined, 511 U.S. 410 - 430, at 423 n. 12).
~~~~~~~~4)--HELPFUL--TIPS~~~~~~~~:

⛔ ☝ A helpful tip (also noted in blue at the bottom of each blog page). Many Are Unaware Of A Massive Amount Of Wrongful Or Illegal Download Material On The Web. It also applies when using some apps with specific download technology for music, video, whatever, and their quick push of a button (lacking notice, except perhaps buried language in end-user agreements).

     Many developers are unethical, and unfortunately, you cannot rely upon the lack of a warning, or from some of the largest domain owners (even ongoing with their knowledge). Beware of the pervasive lax and unqualified advice to the contrary, a fast and easy norm. Merely one glaring example of disrespect for the law and rights of others is, oh yes, copyright material remaining protected.

     Despite all the quick pushes of buttons and lax advice, nothing justifies the status quo of massive ongoing daily violations. I plead to the many not concerned because they have been getting away with it, to please reconsider.

☝ Stated with uttermost love, a matter reserved for utmost discretion, nothing lax with bright Easter colors about it, is it fair to call Good Friday good? Some refer to it as Black Friday.
